Shipping policy

Every InsaanCadet piece is made to order, so each order moves through two stages: production, then delivery.

Production time

Apparel is typically produced in 2 to 5 business days. Shoes are typically produced in 5 to 7 business days. Production begins after your payment clears and does not include weekends or holidays.

Delivery time

United States: 3 to 5 business days after production. Canada: 5 to 10 business days. Europe, United Kingdom, and Australia: 6 to 15 business days. Rest of world: 10 to 20 business days. Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates

Rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your cart. Express shipping is not currently available.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking as soon as your order ships. If tracking has not updated after 5 business days, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Split shipments

Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages, sometimes on different days, because items are produced in different facilities. You are not charged extra for this.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect addresses and undelivered packages

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering if you need to correct an address.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order is confirmed lost by the carrier or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we will replace it at no cost to you.
